Anima Tactics take 2

The following had to be touched up after some of the more subtle details were muted out by the varnish layer.  I put them back a bit stronger and revarnished.

Anima Tactics

Finished these 7 mini's.  They are for the game Anima Tactics and done by Cipher Studios.  It is a skirmish game where characters are selected in two ways.  First, this can be based on if they are good, evil or neutral.  Second, you may choose characters if they belong to the same faction.  That is about all I know of the game itself.  The miniatures themselves are for the most part amazing.  I was instructed to follow the artwork for the characters and leave the bases bare.

The Relic Wars : Warzone Harat

Yesterday I played in the beginning of The Relic Wars.  This is a narrative campaign put on by the Gothimos Gaming Group (G3) and 40k Fight Club at Endgame.  We were instructed to bring a 1250pt list for two games.  I'll post mine below, but first a snippet of fluff.

"Failure begets failure and the loss of the Coeus Experiment on Mestre Primaris has provided the great enemy insight into the intrigues of the Tech Priests of Gothimos. Thought hidden amongst the infamous Pirate Stars, the Mechanicum sought to unlock the archeotech secrets of the war-shattered world of Harat, but the "Relentless Despair" has come to call once more, and again the Imperium must fight off the threat of chaos and its mercenary allies... but there are others watching, and the outcome of this conflict is one they will not leave to chance."

Birthday Riptide

So this Riptide finally made it's trip across the continental United States (UHMERICA!) to rendezvous with his cadre.  My little brother's birthday gift, his whole Tau army is done like this, I'll have to see if he can take a group shot. New Broadsides

The new plastic Tau Broadside kits are great, and a vast improvement over the original mixed plastic and metal kits.  They also give you the parts you need to magnetize all the options.  The, now named, heavy rail rifle across the front is great, but I seem to remember seeing this as a conversion.  Sadly, I doubt he'll get the credit due for his original idea (if i'm remembering correctly).  I also had a 2nd riptide, this one was preassembled and was put together pretty solid.

Fires of Sidonia finale

This is from the apocalyptic finale of the Fires of Sidonia campaign at Endgame.  Hope to produce more videos, both tutorial and batreps.  Enjoy!

Ute'wehi by Zombiesmith

These are some Ute'wehi for the game Storm of Steel by Zombiesmith.  There is a commander, small squad, and a couple heavy weapons with their battery bots.   Also, there is a sci-fi 15mm rock band.  I am unaware if they belong to any specific game.

Riptide and Finecast Commander

Finished more Tau for the same army as the previous Crisis Suits.  They are all magnetized and bases left bare, as my client wants them to match the existing army.
